Distance.
Control.
LoadGuider.
The tool that helped define hands-free load guiding in India.
Purpose-developed by PSC. Refined through more than a decade of industrial field experience. Built to put the tool at the contact point — and keep hands away.

The hand should never
be the final control point.
Better gloves could not solve a problem that began with hand exposure.
In 2012, PSC began studying how workers guided, steadied and aligned industrial loads. Even with PPE, hands still entered the space between a moving load and its surroundings.
Introduced in 2014 after development and field evaluation, LoadGuider® gave workers a dedicated way to make those adjustments with a tool. Its purpose remains the same today: distance with practical control.
A recognisable tool.
A deliberate design.
Fluorescent green. Purpose-shaped contact points. Dedicated handling surfaces.

A head shaped for guidance.
Push and pull interfaces for suitable contact geometries. Assess the surface and direction of movement before use.

A defined place for the hand.
A circular hand guard and textured grip give the operator a dedicated handling area.

The tool at the interface.
Contact geometry matters. Match the head, working reach and task method to the application.

Real loads.
Real working distance.
From steel coils and structural sections to machinery and maintenance loads, selection begins with the actual task.
The contact must be secure. The reach must be controllable. The operator’s position must follow the lift plan and identified hazards.

every contact point.
For round tubular surfaces, magnetic contact, drill pipe tasks or sling retrieval, another head geometry may make implementation easier.
